Oil Painting
Here are my first oil painting and my second one haha. Painted from life model in less than 5hrs. each. I am pretty happy with the results, but I know there is a continous work in progress, and a lot more to learn. I hope to get a better one each time!

Elmo
The character's modeling is finished, it keeps all the things I wanted to include in the character from the beginning. Extremely simple shapes, no details like mouth, fingers, just gestures of them. Keep it very simple simple, without loosing being expressive.
Here is with a recorded animation, just to analise the rigging and flow of the character, at the end it will not be animated. I will use just Still images.

Rembrandt part I
From this picture of Rembrandt, "Self Portrait" from 1640 when he was 34 years old...
I had to make this version with charcoal on a 18 by 24in paper...
By other side I have to prepare a wood panel of the same size, cover with more than 10 coats of gesso and oil....
(Needless to say, I have no available my humble kitchen!)
Because I will paint with oils... I hope that it pass the quality control and let you know how this story end! hahahhah

Attraction & Reaction part 2
On a tracing paper I drew clothes and inked with brushes, then to photoshop to color it.
I didn't recived good comments about the inking this time, but I like it. I will consider them with the next one.

My First Ink ever!
A simple and fast draw (with some perspective issues) and inked with pens, brushes and Indian ink, a nice and relax experience very enjoyable. I need to improve, but I'm happy with my beginning.
