I got a pose from a reference picture, and I had being looking for: an interesting character that tells me an interesting story... here are some of those tests.... and the pose?? is the same....


The old lonely man in an big empty house... the mole in a tunnel... a young explorer in a ancient cave...

Oil Painting

Here are my first oil painting and my second one haha. Painted from life model in less than 5hrs. each. I am pretty happy with the results, but I know there is a continous work in progress, and a lot more to learn. I hope to get a better one each time!

Elmo

The character's modeling is finished, it keeps all the things I wanted to include in the character from the beginning. Extremely simple shapes, no details like mouth, fingers, just gestures of them. Keep it very simple simple, without loosing being expressive.

Here is with a recorded animation, just to analise the rigging and flow of the character, at the end it will not be animated. I will use just Still images.
